What does the Free plan include?
Every feature for up to 10 websites, 10 databases and 3 hosting accounts on one server, forever. Reseller accounts, the provisioning API (WHMCS and other billing systems), remote S3 backups and white-label need a paid plan.
Is the license per server?
Yes. One license runs one server with unlimited accounts and websites. Moving to a new server is done from your account, without contacting support.
What happens when a yearly license ends?
Your websites keep running. The panel returns to the Free plan's limits until you renew, and nothing is deleted.
Do lifetime licenses get updates?
Yes, every update for as long as ZoPanel exists, with priority support for the first year.
Can I get a refund?
Yes: the first purchase of each plan is refundable within 14 days, no questions asked. See the refund policy.
